Spirits

  Joh 4:24 KJV God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

 Allow me to go against the grain a little, I wish to ask the reader a question that goes against the indoctrination of a trinity. If YHVH is a Spirit why is there a second Spirit of God? Answer: there isn't. 

 We see many types of spirits in the scriptures, spirit of jealousy, spirit of fear, a broken or contrite spirit, a poor spirit and even evil spirits. There is a spirit of a man, that is a man's core motivation or character, his driving force.

 In the Book of Enoch we read about the punishment of the fallen angels and the offspring, the nephalim. Their spirits are unable to raise to Heaven and they are bound to the earth. I know that Enoch is not canonized scripture but in the conversation about spirits I think is does help build the proper picture. What we call demons are spirits or evil spirits. 

 Spirits are associated with emotions, anger, fear, jealousy, contrition and so forth. The picture I want to build here is a relationship between spirits and emotions as well as spirits and motivations. The spirit of a man is separate from emotions but entangled with his motives. When all our motives are driven by emotions than we have become demonic in nature. 

 These demonic emotions do not come from the spirit of a man but rather from the works of satan and his demonic spirits. We do not create thoughts but our thoughts are influenced by external means. Our expectations when not met can lead to anger, but this is an effect from envy or ego. When we try and control everything in our lives instead of allowing God to lead our lives we assume expectations. These ideas that we should control our lives are taught to us by satanist passed down through our parents who have also been deceived. We overcome our emotions through the spirit, Love.

 1Jn 4:8 KJV He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

 Love is the Spirit of YHVH, not an emotion but a motive. We have been deceived into believing that our feelings represent who we are but that's simply not true. The value of a man is found in his choices, his works. What we do is directly effected by our motives. Feelings effect flesh, motives derive from Spirit. Love is not an emotion, Love is not a feeling, Love is a choice.

 Gal 5:22-23 KJV 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

 Joy is a choice, something you can do no matter the circumstances. Gentleness is opposed to the natural law of strong over weak, it is a choice found in humility. Longsuffering is a choice to endure suffering even when you dont have to, a decision to put someone before yourself. Love is found in character not emotions, to love something is to die for it.

 YHVH is Love, a Holy Spirit, and it is that spirit which is in all of us longsuffering in unbelievable patience for us to overcome these evil spirits we call emotions. Yeshua is born of YHVH, Yeshua is Love, and He died for us so that we can overcome these emotions and allow the Fathers Spirit to once again dwell among us. There is One Father, One Son, and One Spirit - Love.

    Let me just say that is all true but making sure that you get He is also a person as well as a Spirit, we were made in His image. Yeshua sits on the Throne next our Father. Great article, never was hung up the Trinity but I do understand the Holy Spirit is His Spirit.

 My last post I revealed how emotions are spirits and how there are different types of spirits. There is a spirit of a man (i.e. his motives or his driving force), there is a spirit like a wind or a breathe (like an invisible force), and there is a spirit like an emotion (a feeling).   Understanding Christ has been one of the greatest problems for my Christian life. How can you follow someone you dont know or understand. It is incredibly hard to reconcile Yeshua when the church world contradicts what the scriptures tell us. Eat, Drink, Be Merry

   Ecc 2:24 KJV There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God.  Many Christians fall victim to a false teaching that claims YHVH's favor can be earned through good works.
