We are sinners from the moment we are born. Our first instinct is to our selves. It is this ego, this desire for our own that creates the sinner. Mercy was present before Christ, grace was the reason YHVH gave His Son. We give the glory of salvation to the lamb but the lamb gave the glory to the Father. Its only with God that we can do all things. Repentance is to think anew, to turn from what you are doing wrong and renew your thoughts. If we continue doing the things that hurt us did we really repent? I would say not. God doesn't want us flawless, He wants to be our salvation. He doesn't want us to cover ourselves in grace and continue in error, He wants us to grow. It is when we cry out to Him, confess our sins and rely on only Him that He can move in our lives. Not money, not a job, not another man can save you from death. What I see are people that are afraid to die, they are scared of the judgment because they know they have done wrong. As a christian I feel a responsibility to represent YHVH well. I understand that we all fall short of the glory but I can't deny an inner calling to be better than I am now. I am disturbed lately by an acceptance of sin in the church under the protection of grace. Seriously, who can argue grace? If I bring up people's sins I get the same stories over and over. "You can't judge me" or "Christ died for my sins" are great words for people who have given their life to Christ, but most people are only looking for the promises and not the instructions. We are called to righteousness and are slaves to Christ! How then do we get to live a sinful life? I am unworthy, but do I not try? I can't accept sin. I'm sorry. I confess my sins to the Father and trust in only Him. I mean no offense to anyone but sin is sin and will never be righteous. We are opposed to every idea that conflicts with our predisposed reality. We gravitate to only those ideas that comfort us and condemn those that disturb us. I am sitting next to my father, he is in a hospital bed. I am expecting a new life in my future and so is he. My new life will be a daughter, his will be the Father. I am hurting mentally because I can do nothing for him, he is hurting because he can't do anything for himself. His flesh is dying and the reality of how fragile we are is setting in. The Father gave his final breath, his last spoken word before all creation, to give life to our bodies in order to house our spirits. Light! It is his light that shines on us, in us, and through us. It is his light that guides us. Our flesh will die, our bodies will fade away with our strength, and we will be worldly no more. This is a reminder that our spiritual Father gave up His life and His Son and His Spirit for us. When you love YHVH with all that you are will you then continue to live for yourself in a wasted world of flesh? God gave up everything for you, what are you willing to give up for Him? God rains (reigns) on the just and the unjust. God is God to everybody. Nothing can separate me from God. When my daughter(s) ask me for anything I give her everything, just like my ABBA gives me everything. My relationship is with Him and Him alone. I don’t know how to teach the people the truth without offense. But I did come up with a new wisdom principle. OFFENSE BELONGS TO THE ONE WHO TAKES IT. Have you not heard or said “offense taken”? My children have. I understood a thing at that point. I knew that my original wisdom principle was DON’T LET YOUR DAY CREATE YOUR MIND.  LET YOUR MIND CREATE YOUR DAY. I am but a servant. And if anyone has ever been served then they would understand that not all servants are good at their calling but are called nonetheless.
